Soil Bond is an eco-friendly liquid copolymer which can solidify any soil. This solidified soil is effective for dust suppression and erosion control, processed under the stern guidance of our vendor's professionals, offered bond is available in various packaging options to meet the precise needs of clients. 
Soil Bond is a combination of copolymer and other water resistant chemicals. The solution is milky white in appearance and penetrates the soil surface. It is a non toxic combination of copolymer and other water resistant chemicals.

  • 1% of cement by weight of the total soil can be mixed to enhance compressive strength for mud/aggregate bricks.

Dust Bond a polymer pwder based product that can be used to cure the top layer of soil to stop soil erosion and stop rain cuts while digging the foundation.

Dust Bond is a combination of copolymers and other water resistant chemicals that are eco friendly and water soluble (before full curing). The advantage originates with the long molecular structure that link and cross link. As the water dissipates a durable, water resistant matrix is created. Once sprayed the surface after full curing of about 72 hours (depending up on the soil the duration could be shorter) the surface becomes water resistant and does not allow water to percolate through the top. Dust Bond stops erosion and cutting of top soil, when used with Soil Bond the application of sand bags to stop the soil cutting can be avoided up to certain angles. We at Home Care can also provide you with tailor made solution for the type of dust / soil that has to be treated. Dust Bond only binds the top surface and has no impact on the soil under the surface.

APPLICATION: The uses of Dust Bond are immense like the sides of roads, deep excavation sites, construction sites where dust is a major issue of concern, sanitary landfill sites, transportation of coal fly ash, fly ash fields, sides of bridges and flyovers which are non traffic areas (for traffic areas use our product Soil Bond).

APPLICATION NOTE:
  • The surface should be dry and free of moisture.
  • Do the soil compacting with Soil Bond.
  • Spray Dust Bond on the surface with spray gun.
  • Leave the surface to cure for 24 to 72 hrs.
  • Water and any type of activity on the surface to be curtailed until full curing of the surface.
  • In case the surface breaks after application due to any activity re spray the broken area.
